The leader
Alex Glassey
Alex has spent his career helping leaders build companies where people give their best — working with organizations from ten people to a hundred thousand.
Eight years of research across four continents led him to one finding: there has never been a conflict between people and performance. We were measuring the wrong thing.
He is the founder of The Circular Leader, creator of the app, author of the forthcoming Invisible Value, and president of the Alberni Valley Restorative Justice Society.
